It’s so ironic how the less you hate yourself the more others hate you.
I just made the yummiest thing ever. I have such a huge sweet tooth I could eat ‘healthy’ sweet deserts and breakfasts every damn day.
-1/4 cup of oats -2 egg whites -1/4 cup of fat free cottage cheese
-1 Tbs dark chocolate cacao -1 Tbs of PB2 -Stevia to sweeten
Mix all together in a bowl or mug for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes! Sooo good!
